Result-oriented Programs

In 2018, a transition to result-oriented program management was achieved in order to implement the basic development policies determined with a participatory approach in regional plan, actualize the measures to be implemented, and make the maximum contribution to the development goals.

Rather than a whole development axis or a comprehensive section in the Regional Plan; the programs has been tried to be designed at a proper scale for a well-defined, effective management and at a level where the stakeholders in the region can be involved and follow up. In this framework, strategic areas have been determined in line with the cluster analyzes and sectoral studies carried out by our agency to date, and medium-term targets have been established by preparing result-oriented programs for these areas.

The general goal of the Innovation and Efficiency Result-oriented Program is “the dissemination of R&D and innovation-oriented, competitive production and service processes in the region, and the efficient and effective use of resources“.

Special Goal 1: Supporting competitiveness, domestic and/or national production in transportation systems (automotive, aviation, rail systems), defense industry and machinery sectors

Special Goal 2: Encouraging specialization in advanced materials, nanotechnology, mechatronics, automation, precision manufacturing, composite, technical textile technologies and applications

Special Goal 3: Development of R&D, innovation, digitalization and efficiency-oriented technical infrastructure, institutional capacity and collaborations

Special Goal 4: Accelerating/disseminating the transition to resource efficiency in the region and encouraging investments in this area

The general goal of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Result-oriented Program is; “Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity in the region by developing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the TR41 region”.

Special Goal 1: Analyzing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region, developing investment and financing models

Special Goal 2: Developing the capacities of the stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region

Special Goal 3: Supporting technology-oriented and innovative entrepreneurs with rapid growth potential through mentorship and training in the region

Special Goal 4: Creating recognition and awareness about social entrepreneurship in the region and supporting activities for the establishment of new social enterprises

Special Goal 5: Implementation of university-industry-private sector collaborations by developing entrepreneurship capacity in the textile sector

Special Goal 6: Spreading the entrepreneurship culture throughout the society, developing child and youth entrepreneurship

The general goal of the Rural Development and Tourism Promotion Result-oriented Program is; “To ensure sustainable rural development by diversifying and developing economic activities in rural areas by considering the rural-urban balance in our region; increasing the competitiveness in tourism by utilizing local wealth and tourism potential”.

Special Goal 1: Carrying out studies to determine the priority areas of need for rural development in the region

Special Goal 2: Supporting the production with brand and commercial value through capacity building activities in order to keep local values ​​alive

Special Goal 3: Dissemination of innovative practices and increasing productivity in rural areas

Special Goal 4: Developing a culture of joint work, cooperation and entrepreneurship in rural development and tourism

Special Goal 5: To ensure the branding of the region in the focus of rural values ​​and tourism potential, to attract qualified visitors and investors to the region by increasing the recognition of brand values

Special Goal 6: Planning, disseminating and promoting the diversity of products and services in tourism (agrotourism, ecotourism, highland tourism, gastronomy, nature, thermal, health, etc.) within the framework of sustainable tourism

Special Goal 7: Increasing the added value and marketing opportunities of agricultural and traditional products produced in rural areas
